Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel had clean and spacious rooms that were super quiet, offering a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient for various activities, although the dining experience could be improved. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms suitable for families with children. Although the location is not very central, it is close to public transportation for easy access to Madrid center. The buffet dining is convenient for guests on the go, with a good selection of food. Overall, it provides good value for money with some room for improvement in guest allocation during busy times.
The hotel is ideally situated, just a short walk from where I needed to be for work. The rooms, although a tad compact, boast cozy beds and were adequately clean despite showing signs of wear. The service was accommodating, especially regarding our large group. The location is a bit removed from the city center but offers easy access to the metro and a charming Italian eatery nearby. I didn't get to sample the restaurant, which I heard was quite extensive, but the breakfast left a bit to be desired. The facilities were satisfactory, and overall, it was a decent stay for the price paid.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Novotel. While the rooms were smaller than I expected, they were squeaky clean and very comfortable. Being right next to the elevator made it a little noisy, and the lack of full ventilation from natural air was noticeable.
Our stay was quite lovely overall. The rooms were quiet, with a nice view overlooking the motorway and city. My kids were happy with the sofa bed provided, making it comfortable for them to sleep. However, the pricing could be more competitive, and the sofa bed for the kids was a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean, although they could use some redecoration and deep cleaning. The daily cleaning services were a plus, but I felt the need for some extra fresh air during the night. The staff was cool and helpful, except for some rude behavior towards my kids. The location, while not super convenient, was not bad and only a short taxi ride away from the city center. The dining experience was somewhat poor, with limited options and higher pricing. The facilities were decent, but there is room for improvement in some areas.
I stayed at the hotel and overall had a decent experience. The room was quite small and had a persistent smell of cleaning products. However, the staff were helpful and accommodating. The location was a bit far from the city center but manageable with public transport. The dining options were tasty but a bit pricey for what was offered.
