fantastic family stay!
interconnected rooms perfect room great buffet
We had two interconnected rooms. This setup was perfect for our family vacation! the rooms were warm and always impeccably clean because of the daily housekeeping. the excellent buffet breakfast was a special treat each morning. It had a wide variety!
the pool seemed a little crowded, making it difficult to find space sometimes.

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options, there was something for everyone. the restaurant offered fantastic food, especially the beef croquettes, AMAZING!!! room service was also fabulous. It was fast and efficient.

a mixed experience. not quite what i expected
long waits poor view
the breakfast menu offered a large variety of dishes. it accommodated many tastes.
the elevators were a real problem. there were only two, and they were shared with the ibis hotel in the same building, resulting in long waits. our premium room was advertised with a view from a high floor, but we were only two floors above the ibis rooms. the 'view' was just of an office building.

helpful staff good breakfast
i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. the breakfast was really good. i particularly enjoyed the variety of options. the gym was a nice bonus and had all the equipment i needed for a decent workout.
